Michael Ciarochi (a.k.a. "Mike", "Mad Dog")

Bass player ordinaire. Oldest fart in the band, joined up in 2004. He bought the bass, a 1971 Rick, before you were born, probably, because people that old generally can't navigate this far down a web site. Best $50 he ever spent, and if you ask, he'll talk your ear off about it.

He learned to play bass to earn money to go to music school, where he studied trumpet (yes, that was him on Memory Bucket). He finally figured out what was wrong with that concept at a much later age. If you can't, ask him, and he'll talk your ear off about it.

He plays in the Atlanta Wind Symphony, the Modernaires jazz band, and Take Note Big Band. He also subs bass in a few of the big bands around town. "It keeps me on the streets...."
